Frogne to roll-out AI-powered taxibooking in eight languages
Finn Frogne A/S, a leading provider of software solutions for the taxi and mobility industry in the Nordic region, will now launch its AI-powered voice bot, VIBE (Voice Interface Booking Engine) in eight (8) national languages on all its markets (Danish, English, German, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, Icelandic, Serbian/Montenegrin).

In addition to growth in the number of orders as multiple customers can be attended simultaneously, the voice bot interacts with inbound callers and captures, interprets and analyzes a callers’ vocal input and responds to them via voice using natural language and machine learning.
This AI-powered transformation of the entire taxi booking process will both improve customer experience, enhance call-center productivity and drive long-term cost savings, as taxi call-centers can process multiple bookings while being able to answer 24/7.
